Abstract In this study, the effects of personality traits of individuals in Generation Z on paternalistic leadership perceptions are investigated by taking into account the moderating role of organizational culture. Söz konusu ilişkide örgüt kültürünün düzenleyici etkisi, kişilik özelliklerinden sadece sorumluluk boyutu ile etkileşime girdiğinde anlamlı olmaktadır. Yapılan analizler arasından açıklayıcı analiz sonuçlarına göre çalışmaya katılan Z Kuşağı bireylerinin dışa dönüklük, sorumluluk ve deneyime açıklık puanları ortalamanın üzerindedir.
